Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations at the site, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance with regulations.
• Lead by example, support and coach site HR staff, and build strong relationships across roles and levels.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, engagement, development, and retention.
• Ensure effective communication with employees, leaders, and stakeholders site-wide.
• Provide guidance and support to leadership on regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
