Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an HR Manager for our Green Bay, WI facility. You will lead HR initiatives, support manufacturing operations, and act as a partner to leaders across the site.

You will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and policy compliance while leveraging HRIS systems like Workday and Dimensions UKG to ensure data integrity and strategic workforce planning. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing and unionized environments preferred.
• Experience using HRIS systems such as Workday and Dimensions UKG.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives and provide guidance to leadership at the Green Bay facility.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing needs for the site.
• Coach managers on attendance, performance, and discipline matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across HR processes.
