Job summary

Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma, Inc. (EZRI) is hiring an on-site HR Manager for our Wilmington, MA facility. You will own day-to-day HR operations for production, quality, and support staff, and partner with Corporate HR to deploy harmonized processes.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, compliance, benefits coordination, and leave administration. This role requires a hands-on, builder mindset and strong communication with managers and employees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, on-site at a manufacturing/lab environment.
• Experience supporting hourly/production employees and handling investigations.
• Knowledge of MA employment law, I-9, wage-hour, PFML, and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for site roles.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and I-9 processing.
• Manage annual performance cycle and development plans.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and separations.
• Own site handbook, policies, and compliance with regulators.
