Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Site HR Coordinator in Saco, ME to support HRIS data entry, payroll audits, and onboarding processes. You will coordinate new hire activities, assist with recruiting, and liaise with HRIS for timekeeping at the site level.

Responsibilities include processing background checks, preparing reports, and communicating policy updates. Strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and collaborative working style are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ progressive administrative support experience required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; if no degree, equivalent HR experience.
• HR/payroll systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter all new hire information in HRIS and update records per policy.
• Perform weekly audits of timesheets for payroll processing.
• Process background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and benefits education.
• Interface with HRIS to support site-based timeclocks.
• Report on employee data and labor data; audit invoices as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring and termination of staff.
• Coordinate orders with vendors for office equipment and temporary personnel.
• Communicate company announcements and updates to staff.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks assigned by site management.
