Kenco Group in Maine is seeking a Site HR Coordinator to oversee HR functions at the site level. You will process new hires in HRIS, audit timesheets, conduct orientations, and liaise with HRIS for timeclock support.

This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and process improvement within a logistics environment. The position requires at least 2 years of progressive admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ progressive administrative support experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred; if no degree, equivalent HR experience.
• HR/payroll systems experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Enter all new hire information in HRIS and update records (terminations, status changes).
• Perform weekly audits of timesheets for payroll processing.
• Process background checks and pre-employment screening.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation and educate on benefits and policies.
• Act as liaison with HRIS to support site-based timeclocks.
• Report on employee data including financial and labor metrics.
