The role involves HRIS data entry, payroll audits, background checks, and new hire orientations, with opportunities to assist in recruiting and onboarding across the site. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years of progressive administrative support in HR.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes preferred.
• Strong communication and data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire data in HRIS and update records per policy.
• Perform weekly audits of timesheets for payroll processing.
• Process background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Conduct new hire orientation on benefits and policies.
• Coordinate with HRIS for site-based time clocks and reports.
• Assist in recruiting, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
