i-80 Gold Corp is seeking a Site-based HR Administrator to support day-to-day HR services, including benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations at Ruby Hill Mine, Eureka NV.

You will handle HR documents, timekeeping support, reporting, and confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced mining environment. This role requires collaboration with site leadership and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field, or 1–3 years of administrative HR experience.
• Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with decision-makers and deliver excellent internal and external customer service.

Aufgaben

• Assist in administration of employee benefits programs and other HR initiatives as required.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Assist with document management of employee files.
• Generate standard weekly and monthly HR reports for site leadership (headcount, turnover, anniversaries, leave logs).
• Audit daily timecard data, monitor attendance metrics, and resolve scheduling discrepancies prior to payroll submission.
• Maintain secure, audit-ready physical and digital employee personnel files with confidentiality and privacy compliance.
• Update physical bulletin boards, digital displays, and shift-huddle notes with critical HR updates.
• Listen to and document employee complaints or payroll issues, escalating to the HR Manager as needed.
• Other duties as needed.
