You will oversee health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans, and administer ancillary benefits. Required are 10+ years in HR/payroll/benefits, 5+ years in mining, strong knowledge of US/Nevada benefit laws, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications
