Job summary

LAMP is seeking an experienced HR and site administration lead to manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll input, and benefits at a rural Texas site.

You will build relationships with local colleges and workforce boards, ensure compliance, and maintain records while handling reception and travel logistics. This role requires five+ years in HR or site admin, knowledge of Texas and federal employment law, and strong high-volume recruitment skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in human resources or site administration, ideally in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of Texas and federal employment law basics.
• High volume hourly recruiting experience.
• Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Run site recruiting, including sourcing, scheduling, background checks, drug screens and physicals.
• Onboard new hires, including orientation, badging, PPE issue and system access.
• Administer timekeeping, shift differentials, overtime and payroll input for hourly staff.
• Support benefits enrollment, leave administration and employee relations matters.
• Maintain personnel records, training records and compliance documentation.
• Manage site administration, including reception, visitor control, travel and office services.
• Build relationships with local colleges, workforce boards and community organizations to develop the hiring pipeline.
