Job summary

DFW Movers & Erectors, Inc. is seeking a General Manager for a Dallas–Fort Worth location. You will lead and align sales and operations, set goals, manage schedules, and control costs to deliver safe, profitable projects.

You will collaborate with field crews, sales, and executives to grow the location and develop a high-performing team. Ideal candidates have experience in rigging, heavy construction, or industrial machinery, with strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and a leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in business, construction, or related field; or 8+ years of rigging/industrial machinery experience.
• Eight+ years of rigging operational experience is preferred.
• Five+ years in a management role with a strong track record of performance

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate location sales and operations to meet long-range goals and objectives.
• Direct day-to-day operations mirroring the company mission and values.
• Drive performance to meet sales, safety, profitability, and training targets; review metrics in regular staff meetings.
