DRP Truck & Equipment in Bridgeport, TX is seeking a driven General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our facility. You will guide sales, service, and parts teams, influence revenue growth, and manage budgets to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will shape the culture, ensure safety and compliance, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers while overseeing inventory and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role in heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of truck and equipment sales, service operations, or fleet management.
• Ability to lead teams and foster a positive, productive work environment.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license; CDL or industry certifications a plus.
