• Proven experience leading a branch, business or sizable operating division.
• Experience managing operations and P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to develop employees and build a strong culture.
• Strong customer relationships and business development capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with independent decision-making.
• Commercial door, frame and hardware distribution background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the business and its day-to-day operations
• Lead, develop and manage a team of approximately 35 employees, including installation personnel
• Establish and maintain a company culture focused on accountability, teamwork and performance
• Develop customer relationships and drive business development
• Recruit, develop and retain talented employees
• Own the branch P&L, including budgeting, expense management and revenue growth
• Oversee operational performance, financial results and overall profitability
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and expand market presence
