Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily crew operations, train team members, and enforce safety standards. The role involves coordinating with management on hiring needs, scheduling, and customer communications while mentoring employees on job units and safety protocols.

The position requires CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to manage field tasks, incidents, and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols for lines, voltages, equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Communicates with property owners about work access and responsibilities.
• Maintains records and reports on crew performance and costs.
