Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a General Foreperson to lead daily field operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols, and mentor crews. The role involves troubleshooting job-site issues and enforcing training across employees and contractors.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with competitive hourly pay and a benefits package including retirement, health insurance, EAP, and disability coverage. CDL is required.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows prints, visualizes job builds, and identifies hazards.
• Works safely, productively, and follows directions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• DOT medical card eligibility required or pursued.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily communication with client representatives and crews.
• Inspect job sites and maintain safe working conditions.
• Manage job costs and reconcile invoices.
• Interpret orders and report work accurately in the system.
• Direct emergencies and assist with incident reports.
• Directs crews on tasks, production, and safety practice adherence.
• Administer training and interpret company policies.
