Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to drive daily crew productivity, coordinate with management on hiring and safety, and mentor field staff. The role involves troubleshooting field issues, enforcing safety, and maintaining strong customer relations across assignments.

The position requires leadership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic outdoor environments with adherence to DOT and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle and meet physical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies and conducts safety training.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and ensures efficient use of resources.
• Represents company interests with property owners and customers as needed.
