Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate with management and customers, and enforce safety protocols on job sites. You will train crew members, inspect equipment, and ensure timely completion of assignments with accurate reporting.

The role requires CDL driving, strong leadership, and the ability to work in field conditions, often at heights, with a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to organize and multi-task in field setting.
• Capable of independent action with minimal supervision.
• Valid CDL required for driving company vehicles.
• Comfort with heights and physically demanding tasks.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after receiving orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinates with property owners on access, work scope, and permissions.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
