Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on project sites.

You will work closely with the Superintendent, HS&E, and subcontractors to keep work progressing on time and in accordance with plans. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in field supervision, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to travel to multiple sites as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 3+ years in field supervisory role (Foreman/Lead Hand).
• Experience in underground construction, telecoms, utilities or related projects preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities ensuring safety and alignment with project plans.
• Promote safety culture with toolbox talks and hazard assessments.
• Monitor progress, production, locates, restoration plans, and quality requirements.
• Supervise subcontractor performance including safety, schedule commitments and quality.
• Build relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support access coordination and field-level issue resolution with the Superintendent.
