Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead on-site field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and production on assigned projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

You will coordinate with the Superintendent, HS&E, subcontractors, and project teams, focusing on safety planning, incident investigations, and timely delivery. This role requires strong communication and field leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary training is an asset.
• Three+ years in field supervision or Foreman roles in construction.
• Experience in underground utilities or telecom projects is preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety and alignment with plans.
• Promote safety culture through hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor progress, subcontractor performance, and quality of work.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and support issue resolution on site.
• Travel to support project needs as required.
