Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for its Ledcor Technical Services division. The role focuses on leading day-to-day field activities, coordinating with the Superintendent, HS&E, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused project execution on assigned sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical training asset.
• Three+ years of construction field supervision experience as Foreman/Lead Hand or similar.
• Experience in underground construction, telecommunications, utilities, or related environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with plans and Ledcor safety standards.
• Promote safety culture through hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reporting support.
• Monitor field progress, production, restoration plans, and quality requirements to keep projects on track.
• Supervise subcontractor performance, including safety compliance and schedule adherence.
• Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate access, resolve field-level issues, and communicate with the Superintendent and project team.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
