Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead day-to-day field activities on site, coordinating with the Superintendent, HS&E, and project teams to maintain safety and schedule adherence. You will monitor subcontractor performance and resolve field-level challenges in a fast-paced construction environment.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity, requiring strong communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; trade training is an asset.
3+ years of construction supervisory experience as foreman or lead hand.
Experience in underground construction, telecom, utilities, or related field preferred.
Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel frequently to support project needs.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with plans.
Promote safety culture via hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
Monitor field progress, production, locates, and quality requirements.
Supervise subcontractor performance, safety, schedule, and quality.
Build relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
Support access coordination and clear communication with the Superintendent.
May perform other related duties as assigned.
