Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for Ledcor Technical Services. You will lead on-site field activities, ensure safety, quality, and productivity on assigned projects, and coordinate with the Superintendent, HS&E, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

You will monitor progress, support incident reporting, and help resolve field-level challenges in a fast-paced construction environment, traveling as needed to support project needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary training is an asset.
• 3+ years in construction as foreman/lead hand or similar supervisory role.
• Experience in underground construction or related fields preferred.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities safely and efficiently per plans and Ledcor standards.
• Promote safety culture through toolbox talks and hazard assessments.
• Monitor progress, production, and quality; coordinate with subcontractors and clients.
• Travel frequently to support project needs.
