Liquid Environmental Solutions is seeking a Site & Facility Services Administrator to support billing, portal invoicing, and customer account maintenance within a centralized admin model. This hourly role liaises between corporate and branch operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, data-driven, and comfortable using multiple business systems. Must excel at detail orientation and cross-team coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate billing discrepancies and resolve exceptions.
• Support contract pricing administration and revenue validation.
• Coordinate with branches to obtain documentation for invoicing.
• Submit invoices through customer portals and maintain portal data.
• Reconcile invoice activity and resolve portal exceptions and rejections.
• Create and maintain customer account records and handle setup requests.
• Coordinate administrative workflows between branches and corporate departments.
• Support collections, cash application, and customer service as needed.
• Develop and distribute recurring operational reports and validate data.
