Job summary

Airbus in Mobile, AL is seeking a Facilities Department Coordinator to join our Site Facilities team. You will manage day-to-day facility operations, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards, and support monthly/quarterly business reviews.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities management, leadership experience, and excellent communication. Bachelor's degree preferred; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience with leadership roles.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards.
• Proven ability to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Fluent written and spoken English; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations for the FAL and coordinate subcontractors.
• Oversee vendor performance and track KPIs; communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate event setup with AV/Sound equipment; manage invoicing.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain CMMS/service orders.
