Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 5+ years in Facilities Management with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations for the FAL and coordinate subcontractors (janitorial, food service, etc.).
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure KPI tracking; handle invoicing and service orders.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly business reviews within contract guidelines; support FM team activities.
