Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility operations for multiple buildings and subcontractors.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to minimize impact on manufacturing operations.
• Review invoices and process service orders; track KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly reviews with FM team within contract guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations governing facility operations.
