Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking a Facilities (MAC) Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of Move, Add, Change projects across the Mobile facilities.

You will oversee employee relocations, space reconfigurations, and furniture adjustments, ensuring safety and alignment with company standards. Based in Mobile, AL, you will partner with FMRE and site teams to optimize workspace utilization, manage data analytics for occupancy, and lead cross-functional project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in workplace operations, facilities management, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and technology.
• Experience in occupancy planning or program management.

Responsibilities

• Plan MAC moves, add, changes across sites; coordinate relocations and space changes.
• Lead occupancy data collection studies and analytical reporting.
• Drive space planning and restacks to meet business needs and forecast requirements.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships and external movers/furniture installers.
• Coordinate with FMRE team and stakeholders; present progress to leadership.
