Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Lead Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC, elevators, and safety systems at assigned locations. You will coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and inspections while ensuring compliance with OSHA and environmental standards.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities maintenance, an HVAC or related degree, and strong communication as well as project planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire safety systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations applicable to facilities.
• Ability to plan preventative maintenance and manage contractor work.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate repairs, testing and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC, elevators, and fire safety.
• Schedule and execute preventative maintenance with minimal disruption.
• Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain facility standards and cleanliness.
• Plan future projects in coordination with leadership.
• Log maintenance issues and keep asset service records.
