Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks a Facilities (MAC) Manager to lead Move, Add, Change activities across Mobile, AL and other sites.

You will plan, coordinate, and execute workplace changes, relocations, space reconfigurations, and furniture/equipment adjustments to minimize disruption and maintain safety and standards. Required is a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in facilities, occupancy planning, or project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in workplace operations, facilities management, or project coordination.
• Experience in occupancy planning or program management and delivery of tenant occupancy projects.
• Analytical and quantitative skills with proven ability to develop strategic solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of space planning and occupancy restacks; CAFM/AutoCAD proficiency; Google Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace changes including relocations and space reconfigurations.
• Coordinate occupancy data collection studies and space planning.
• Develop and present multiple space scenarios and option analyses.
• Organize data analytics and space solutions for client delivery and reviews.
• Collaborate with FMRE team and manage project budgets and vendors.
