Job summary

JLL is seeking a Site Lead for Integrated Facilities Management to serve as the primary contact and overall leader of FM operations at the Hillsboro site. You will direct the facilities team and regional partners, build strong client relationships, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring contract compliance and safe, reliable workplace experiences.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and supply chain partners.
• Budget management experience including operating and capital budgets.
• Vendor management with contract negotiation and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and scalable processes from scratch.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters and develop strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a diverse FM team and supply chain partners, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Drive continuous improvements and cost-saving initiatives while ensuring contract compliance.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, corporate policies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets for hard and soft services, track expenses.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery through regular inspections and negotiations.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and QBRs on operations and escalate urgent issues as needed.
• Prepare to standardize and roll out the program across regions for a global rollout.
