Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least seven years of facilities, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of real estate, facilities soft services, and hospitality services.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with the Soft Services Director and Regional Facilities Directors on service delivery program development and execution while reviewing operations, staffing, and performance of the Facility/Workplace Experience program.
• Collaborating with all levels of the account team to ensure service excellence and high customer satisfaction across office services, reception/guest services, meeting services, mailroom, vendors, and facilities services.
• Assisting in implementing short and long-term projects for the client while ensuring compliance with client and company policies and audit standards.
• Exploring innovative programs, processes, and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve workplace experiences.
• Fostering continuous improvement by leveraging internal and external resources to bring ideas, best practices, and tools to enhance the workplace experience program.
