JLL in Rio Rancho, NM, seeks a Site Lead to direct integrated facilities management at the client site. You will lead a diverse FM team, manage supply chain partners, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure a superior workplace experience.

You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and contract compliance, and prepare for global rollout across regions. This role requires 8–10 years of FM leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and a background in

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams and services.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and supply chain partners.
• Experience in entertainment or similar fast-paced industry.
• Budget management including development and management of operating and capital budgets.
• Vendor management including contract negotiation, quality control, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management strategies.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and scalable processes from scratch.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence diverse audiences from executives to external partners

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact and overall leader of site FM operations.
• Lead and manage a diverse, cross-functional FM team and supply chain partners.
• Drive continuous improvements and high-impact initiatives that enhance the client workplace experience.
• Oversee health and safety compliance, corporate policies, and contract compliance.
• Manage annual operating and capital budgets for hard and soft services.
• Coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and QBRs on operations
