Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an IFM Lead to oversee integrated facilities management across multiple U.S. sites, including Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Sunnyvale.

You will lead IFM teams, manage client relationships, ensure contract governance, and drive improvements through SOPs and KPI tracking. You will travel within the portfolio and collaborate with regional leads to ensure consistent delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management with management/technical emphasis
• 8+ years of experience in facilities management with a focus on integrated facilities management
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing IFM operations
• Experience managing teams and facilities across multiple and remote locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and financial management capabilities
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to travel within the assigned area as necessary

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing all IFM operations within your assigned area to meet JLL and client objectives
• Serving as the primary contact and escalation point for buildings within your portfolio regarding service delivery
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to address operational challenges proactively, big picture thinking and supporting the client through rapid change
• Bringing JLL best practices to the account and supporting creation of SOPs, and assisting with budget development and KPI targets
