Job summary

JLL in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Soft Services Lead to support the Soft Services Directors in delivering comprehensive facilities and experience-focused services for the account team. You will drive program development, assess operations, and ensure audit compliance while finding ways to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

The role requires seven years of facilities, retail, or hospitality experience, strong customer service and teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of facilities, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of real estate, facilities soft services, and hospitality services.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn PC and web-based apps.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leadership on service delivery program development and execution.
• Ensure excellence in service delivery and high customer satisfaction across office services.
• Assist in implementing short- and long-term projects while ensuring policy compliance.
• Identify and implement programs to reduce operating costs and improve experiences.
• Foster continuous improvement and leverage resources to enhance workplace programs.
