Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Manager, Site Operations and Workplace Experience to lead critical projects that enhance the associate experience and oversee daily office governance and operations. You will build partnerships across departments to improve engagement and collaboration at the office level.

The role requires 2+ years of management and experience in hospitality or workplace experience, with a focus on communications, project management, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience in Hospitality, guest experience, or workplace experience.
• Experience with communications and emergency response helpful (nice-to-have).
• Relevant associate engagement experience (nice-to-have).
• Project management experience and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible, accountable site manager to support engagement priorities and translate them into a strong associate experience.
• Coordinate surveys, feedback collection, focus groups, and insights for review.
• Lead community engagement initiatives with partners, schools, nonprofits, and vendors.
• Deliver enhanced associate experiences through onsite activations and events.
• Advocate for facility and security needs, liaising with IT, Facilities and security.
• Execute communication plans and cadence established by leadership and partners.
• Lead with clarity, professionalism, urgency, and care in planning and execution.
• Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues and craft viable solutions.
