Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Manager, Site Operations and Workplace Experience to lead the day-to-day operations of our Richardson office. You’ll deliver key programs to enhance the associate experience, partnering with IT, Facilities, and security to ensure the right environment and equipment for our teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience in Hospitality, guest experience, or workplace experience.
• Experience with communications and emergency response helpful.
• Relevant associate engagement experience.
• Project management and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a visible site manager delivering an improved associate experience.
• Support surveys, feedback collection, and insights for review.
• Coordinate community engagement with partners and vendors.
• Deliver enhanced experiences through onsite activations and events.
• Advocate for facility and security needs with IT, Facilities and security.
• Execute communication plans with stakeholders.
• Lead with clarity, professionalism, urgency, and care.
• Manage budgeting and data analysis to diagnose issues and craft solutions.
