Job summary

RES Group is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to manage site equipment, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory and inspections. You will handle calls, update trackers, and assist with maintenance and repairs to keep projects running smoothly.

The role requires solid experience in construction equipment, proficiency with Procore, and strong organizational skills. Travel to remote sites and field conditions are involved as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years general or solar construction experience
• 1+ years equipment management experience
• Procore experience
• MS Excel and Adobe/Bluebeam proficiency
• Inventory management experience
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from rental vendors, site personnel, and drivers
• Update On-Site Equipment Tracker and related logs daily
• Enter new equipment requests and manage equipment via Tool Watch
• Coordinate with superintendents for status and accuracy of equipment
• Assist with inspections and coordinate repairs with vendors or fleet teams
• Support onsite mechanic with repairs and calls to third-party vendors
