Job summary

CK Contractors and Development, LLC is seeking an Equipment Rental Coordinator. This hourly, non-exempt role ensures crews have the right machinery, at the right time and place to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

You will coordinate scheduling, delivery, and returns, maintain rental records, and act as the primary liaison between field crews, vendors and internal teams. A background in heavy equipment management and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy equipment management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with scheduling software, MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent communication with vendors, field crews and management.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and return of rental equipment across multiple job sites.
• Maintain records of rental agreements, usage, and maintenance.
• Serve as main contact between field crews, vendors, and internal teams.
• Negotiate rental rates and terms with suppliers to control costs.
• Monitor equipment availability and source replacements as needed.
