• Proven experience in tool management, industrial cribs, or equipment rental operations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Slack.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and work in various outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project support, from initial planning and scoping to final construction phase completion.
• Maintain rigorous organization of jobsite processes to ensure maximum productivity and workflow continuity.
• Uphold strict jobsite safety protocols and ensure total project compliance with all regulations.
• Execute quality assurance checks on all materials, equipment, and labor entities involved in the project.
• Facilitate clear, consistent communication with construction and procurement management teams.
• Manage the distribution of equipment and supply needs to ensure end-users have the resources required for success.
