Job summary

Elder Construction Inc. seeks a Shop and Equipment Coordinator to ensure smooth flow of materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites, sustaining cost efficiency and project productivity.

The role maintains a clean, organized shop and yard while coordinating mobilization and preventative maintenance for company-owned assets. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, storage, and documentation of equipment, and providing on-site support for unplanned needs, with emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Must maintain a driving record that meets Elder Construction's driver eligibility standards.
• Must remain eligible and insurable under the Company's automobile insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with project teams on material and rental equipment needs to support field operations.
• Maintains an organized shop and yard, ensuring tools, materials and equipment are accessible and well-maintained.
• Schedules and coordinates preventative maintenance for fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Assists with on-site labor or support for unplanned work as needed by projects.
