Job summary

NEXPERA is seeking an EHS Manager for our Richmond, VA site to lead, implement, and sustain site-level EHS programs ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will serve as the primary environmental and safety authority and partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in OH&S or related field, 5+ years in EHS in industrial settings, and knowledge of PSM, regulatory permitting, and Intelex.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• PSM and regulatory permitting knowledge preferred.
• Experience with environmental media: air, water, waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain site EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
• Support MOC processes and emergency planning.
• Maintain regulatory records, permits, and reporting.
