Job summary

NEXPERA is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager for our Richmond, VA site. You will lead site EHS programs, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and act as the liaison with regulatory agencies.

You will drive environmental stewardship, safety culture, and continuous improvement with site leadership. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of EHS experience in an industrial setting, with knowledge of PSM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve site EHS management systems to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct environmental, health, and safety audits and inspections.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage regulatory reporting, permits, and records.
