You will lead the Global WHS Program, partner with Operations leadership, and use data-driven insights to reduce risk and improve productivity. You will also build a high-performing WHS team and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global WHS Program with precision and passion, partnering with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations.
• Drive risk assessments and transform safety data into actionable strategies to reduce risk and enhance productivity.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of WHS professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Measure performance against WHS policies, conduct site audits, and address non-compliance issues.
