You will partner with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, analyze incident trends, and ensure effective emergency response capabilities to protect associates.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in WHS, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of influencing safety culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience in WHS.
• 3+ years of increasing responsibilities in WHS and/or environmental programs.
• 3+ years of people and performance management experience.
