Job summary

Semiconductor Environmental Safety and Health Associaction is seeking an EHS Lead II / Site EHS Leader to provide practical, visible, and technically strong EHS leadership for three ASM Arizona facilities: Chandler and Phoenix sites. You will work with facilities, engineering, operations, and contractors to maintain a safe, compliant workplace in a semiconductor environment.

The role covers air, water, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, waste management, and environmental programs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to health, safety, or environment.
• 5+ years leading EHS programs in semiconductor/high-tech environments.
• Experience with air emissions, wastewater, stormwater permits and reporting.
• Experience in cleanrooms, laboratories, and industrial hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• On-site role with periodic travel between Chandler and Phoenix facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS program execution across three ASM Arizona facilities in Chandler and Phoenix.
• Partner with site leadership, facilities, operations, and contractors to ensure compliance.
• Translate requirements into clear procedures, training, and field controls.
• Use data to identify trends and drive corrective actions to improve safety performance.
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and preventive actions.
• Support air, water, stormwater, and hazardous materials management and compliance.
• Lead audits and inspections to verify program effectiveness and closure of gaps.
• Develop and deliver training for local and global EHS programs.
