Stanley Cowton International is seeking a senior EHS Leader to own the EHS programme at a Michigan site in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. The role requires leading safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing and laboratory teams.

You will drive process safety, audits, and safety culture, collaborating with operations, engineering and corporate EHS to deliver improvements and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.

Qualifikationen

• EHS management experience in a cGMP, FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong industrial hygiene and process safety expertise.
• CIH, CSP or CHMM certification is highly valued.
• Clear communicator who follows work through and influences across functions.
• Experienced EHS Manager or Senior Manager ready to step into a site leadership role.

Aufgaben

• Leading site EHS across occupational safety, industrial hygiene, process safety and environmental compliance.
• Owning risk assessment, management of change, permit to work and emergency response processes.
• Assessing new materials and processes and setting the right exposure controls and PPE.
• Leading regulatory and customer audits and keeping the site inspection-ready.
• Driving engagement in site safety programmes and developing EHS team members.
• Working with operations, engineering and corporate EHS on improvement and sustainability reporting.
