Stanley Cowton International is seeking a senior EHS Leader to own the EHS programme at a Michigan site in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. The role requires leading safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives across manufacturing and laboratory teams.

You will drive process safety, audits, and safety culture, collaborating with operations, engineering and corporate EHS to deliver improvements and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.

Formación

• EHS management experience in a cGMP, FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong industrial hygiene and process safety expertise.
• CIH, CSP or CHMM certification is highly valued.
• Clear communicator who follows work through and influences across functions.
• Experienced EHS Manager or Senior Manager ready to step into a site leadership role.

Stanley Cowton International is supporting a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer on a confidential appointment for a senior EHS leader at one of its US sites. This is a site leadership role with full ownership of the EHS programme, in a business that continues to invest in its people and capabilities.
