Job summary

YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh seeks a Site Director to lead the before and after school program at Montour Elementary School in McKees Rocks, PA. The role includes coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment for children and families.

As part of the Youth Development team, you will implement curricula, maintain licensing compliance, and deliver high-quality customer service to families and school partners throughout the school year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in youth programs.
• 1+ year of staff supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to recruit and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain DHS licensing and safety standards, including staff-to-child ratios.
• Recruit, screen, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain complete records for children and staff.
• Develop strong relationships with parents and volunteers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
