Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Boston is seeking a Site Director for School Age OST programs to supervise the after-school program across multiple sites while ensuring quality services that foster academics, social-emotional growth, and health and wellness. You will model the YMCA values and guide staff and families in a caring, respectful environment.

This full-time role reports to the Program Administrator and Leadership Team, overseeing curricula, staff schedules, regulatory compliance, and family

Responsibilities

• Keeps safety of children as first priority; emphasizes wellbeing with children, parents, and staff
• Uses positive guidance with staff and children
• Oversees daily schedules, curriculum, staff meetings, and professional development
• Maintains staff files, attendance, and QRIS and regulatory documentation
• Manages transportation and coordinates with Business Manager on accounts and payments
