Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is seeking a Full-Time Out of School Time Site Supervisor to lead before/after school, school breaks, and summer programs in a school setting. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and foster an inclusive, engaging environment for youth.

This role emphasizes relationship-building with families and school partners while upholding YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Schedule includes split shifts during school days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in youth development or related programming.
• Experience supervising staff and volunteers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to inclusion and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach program staff to deliver high-quality OST programs.
• Ensure safety, record-keeping, and licensing compliance.
• Build relationships with families and school partners.
• Plan and manage schedules and resources.
