Job summary

YMCA of Greater Erie is seeking a Full-time Site Director - Child Care for the McKean location. This role develops, organizes, and implements high quality YMCA childcare programs while supporting the work of the Y in youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

The position is hourly with pay up to $22.33/hr, contingent on education and experience. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, holidays, paid time off, a Family YMCA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages, directs and coordinates the day care and school age childcare programs for assigned location(s).
• Implements supervision and ratio compliance for children.
• Recruits, hires, trains, develops, schedules and directs personnel and volunteers.
• Enrols new children and onboarding of the child and guardian(s).
• Develops and manages budgets; ensures program operates within budget.
• Ensures compliance with regulations including ADA.
• Provides support for government and private grants.
• Keeps records and maintains program statistics.
• Organizes events and assists in fundraising.
